Northern Uganda – Gulu

Gulu is a town located in North West Uganda, about 200 miles north of Kampala city. It is a regional town of the districts in the Acholi sub region, with an estimated population of 153,000.

A civil war occurred in the region for more than 20 years and only now is the region recovering.

Nurses Reaching Out is working at Gulu Referral Hospital in a partnership agreement.
